1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viral Basket (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are not located in any country subject to international sanctions. We may decline any application or close any account at our sole discretion.

3. Service Description & Disclosure

Viral Basket provides promotional and visibility campaigns that deliver growth metrics (such as subscribers, followers, likes, views, and watch time) to the accounts and content you specify. These are paid promotional services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, organic audience, or that your content will be viewed by human users in any particular way.

Important:delivery of engagement metrics is not endorsed by social media platforms. Platforms may detect purchased or automated engagement and take action against accounts that use it, including removal of content, restriction, or account suspension, in accordance with each platform's terms of service. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that risk, and you agree that Viral Basket is not liable for any such action taken by a platform against your account or content.

Service availability, delivery times, and pricing may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Refill protection, where offered, applies only within the stated window and on eligible services.

4. Account & Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Wallet deposits are prepaid credits for purchasing our services. They are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and are not transferable. We may run fraud monitoring controls that limit, freeze or refuse certain transactions. We reserve the right to freeze or withhold funds where we detect suspicious, fraudulent or prohibited activity, pending investigation.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and to provide the correct target links for your campaigns. You must not use the Service:

For any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
In violation of any social media platform's terms of service;
To post or promote content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others;
To engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or any dishonest practice related to payments;
To create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or to attempt to manipulate or bypass our systems;
To resell or redistribute our services without our prior written consent.

6. Payments & Fees

Prices are listed on each package and may be displayed in multiple currencies at our published exchange rate. Payment is taken from your wallet balance at the time of order. We may refuse or reverse any transaction suspected of fraud. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform. All platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services does not violate the terms of the platform you are promoting on.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. In the event of delay or non-delivery, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the payment amount for that order in accordance with our Refill & Refund Policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or failure to achieve expected results.

Platform actions: we are not responsible for, and shall have no liability arising from, any action taken by a social media platform (including content removal, restriction, suspension, or termination of any account) resulting from your use of our services or from the nature of the services themselves. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms of the platforms you use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral Basket and its owners, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, terminate or limit your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of law enforcement. Where an account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any unused wallet balance may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint, please open a support ticket or email us at info@viralbasket.comwith your order or transaction ID. Complaints are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If not resolved, they will be escalated to management for a final decision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date above reflects the last revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
